From Central Cardiff
Head out of Cardiff on Newport Road. Eventually, you will come to a set of lights with Allied Carpets on your left hand side. Turn left at the lights, into Colchester Avenue. Go through the next set of lights and on your left hand side you will see Colchester Avenue Industrial Estate. Turn onto the new housing development and go straight ahead, following the road sign "Fordd Nowell" ignore the no through sign and continue on, the road will bring you to our unit.
From the M4 Heading West
Leave the M4 at Junction 29 (A48M) follow the A48 towards Cardiff, passing the turns for Cardiff Gate and Pentwyn. Leave the A48 at the third exit, signposted Docks. At the roundabout, turn left, and then keep left when the road splits into two. At the next roundabout, turn right. Go straight on at the next roundabout and then get into the right hand lane. Turn right at the lights, into Colchester Avenue. Go through the next set of lights and on your left hand side you will see Colchester Avenue Industrial Estate. Turn onto the new housing development and go straight ahead, following the road sign "Fordd Nowell" ignore the no through sign and continue on, the road will bring you to our unit.
From the M4 Heading East
Leave the M4 at Junction 30 (Cardiff Gate) turn right at the roundabout, and follow the dual carriage way to the next roundabout. Go straight on at that roundabout, and follow the dual carriageway again. At the next roundabout, turn right onto the A48. Pass the junction for Pentwyn, and leave at the second exit, signposted Docks. At the roundabout, turn left, and then keep left when the road splits into two. At the next roundabout, turn right. Go straight on at the next roundabout and then get into the right hand lane. Turn right at the lights, into Colchester Avenue. Go through the next set of traffic light by Sainsbury's, you will see the new Equinox housing development on your left. Turn onto the new housing development and go straight ahead, following the road sign "Fordd Nowell" ignore the no through sign and continue on, the road will bring you to our unit.
